Samsung Electronics is holding the Unpacked event in San Francisco, its first in-person in three years.

 

South Korean consumer tech giant Samsung has begun pre-reservations for its next Galaxy S23 series in India. The company will launch the much-awaited smartphone lineup at its Galaxy Unpacked event on February 1 at 11:30 p.m.

 

To get the new smartphone, interested buyers will have to purchase the Galaxy pre-reserve VIP Pass from the Samsung India website. Pre-reservation can be done by paying Rs 1,999. Users could get additional benefits worth Rs 5,000 and to avail these, they will have to buy the device before March 31, 2023.

 

However, the tech major will automatically cancel the coupon if the buyer does not utilize it during pre-book period. Pre-reserve amount will be refunded to the original source of payment.

 

Samsung Electronics is holding the Unpacked event in San Francisco, its first in-person in three years. All eyes are on the upcoming Galaxy S23 lineup, which is expected to include three models – Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra.

 

In brief, the flagship device is rumored to feature the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The plain vanilla and Plus models could feature a triple camera setup at the rear, while the high-end Ultra model is expected to feature a quad rear camera setup led by a 200-megapixel camera.
