To utilize this feature, it’s a straightforward process. First, select a music clip of your choice and incorporate it into your Reel. After that, you will see the “lyrics” option, where the magic happens. Once chosen, the lyrics of the song will elegantly grace your screen, offering you a canvas to unleash your creativity. Here, you have the freedom to customize the font, color, and positioning of the text. Furthermore, you can even highlight specific parts of the lyrics that resonate with your message or mood, giving your Reel a unique touch.

1 Open the Instagram app and navigate to the Reels section by tapping on the Reels icon at the bottom of your screen.

2 Once inside the Reels interface, tap on the Music icon located at the top of your screen. From there, you can select a song from Instagram’s extensive library or use your own audio.

3 After selecting your desired song, look for the Lyrics icon at the bottom of the screen and tap on it. This will open up customization options for your lyrics.

4 Here, you can choose your preferred font style and color for the text. Feel free to experiment until you achieve the desired look.

5 Next, you can drag the lyrics to your preferred position on the screen. Additionally, use the slider to select the specific part of the lyrics that you want to display in your Reel.
