Oppo has announced a new mid-range smartphone, the Oppo A3 Pro 5G, which is expected to launch on April 19th. The phone boasts a number of impressive features for its price point, including a large display, a powerful processor, a versatile camera system, and long battery life. Oppo A3 Pro 5G Specs
The Oppo A3 Pro features a large 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 950 nits. The display offers a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels and the handset is also built with a IP69 water and dust resistant design. Under the hood, the handset is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 (6nm) processor, and comes in three configurations, with 8GB or 12GB of RAM paired with 256GB or 512GB of storage.
However, the device does not feature an SD card slot, signifying that the internal storage cannot be expandable. The A3 Pro feartures a dual camera system on the rear that consists of 64 MP main wide sensor, followed by a 2 MP depth sensor. On the front, the phone gets an 8 MP sensor for selfies and video call requirements.
The A3 Pro runs on the latest Android 14 operating system with Oppo’s ColorOS 14 skin, offering a range of customisation options. Additionally, the handset packs a 5000mAh Li-Po (Lithium – Polymer) battery and also supports 67W of wired fast charging, which as per Oppo’s claims, can top up the battery to 56% in just 20 minutes. The phone supports reverse charging, allowing users to use it to charge other devices.
A3 Pro Price and availability
The Oppo A3 Pro is expected to launch at a competitive price of around 260 EUR (around Rs. 23,109), and will be available in three colors: Blue, Pink, and Mint. Although the release date has not been mentioned by Oppo as of yet, the hype around this handset is palpable.
