Pre-orders for the Galaxy Tab S9 series have commenced, and the device’s general availability is set to start on August 11.
South Korean multinational tech giant Samsung introduced three new tablets within the series – the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+, and the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra during the Galaxy Unpacked event held yesterday. The company has now announced the price of the latest Galaxy Tab S9 series for the Indian market.
Talking about Galaxy Tab S9, the base model features 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage and comes in pricing options: Rs 72,999 (Wi-Fi) and Rs 85,999 (5G). The tablet also comes in 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage variant with two pricing options: Rs 83,999 (Wi-Fi) and Rs 96,999 (5G). The Galaxy Tab S9+, on the other hand, is available in a single storage variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, costing Rs 90,999 and Rs 1,04,999 for Wi-Fi and 5G models respectively.
The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is available in two storage variants: 256GB and 512GB, both with 12GB RAM. Talking about the base variant of Tab S9 Ultra, it is priced at Rs 1,08,999 for Wi-Fi model and Rs. 1,22,999 for 5G variant. Additionally, the 512GB variant is priced at Rs 1,19,999 for the Wi-Fi version and Rs 1,33,999 for the 5G version. In terms of specs, the latest tablet trio sport AMOLED displays and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The Galaxy S9 tablet comes with an 11-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, the S9+ tablet features a 12.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, and the S9 Ultra tablet boasts a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. The Galaxy Tab S9 series is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, and run on the latest Android 13 operating system, coupled with Samsung’s One UI 5.1 skin.
