The product will feature a double gasket design that is claimed to amplify the experience of a precisely calibrated yet softer actuation paired with a satisfying sound. The keyboard comes in an aluminum body and is compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux.

Further, the keyboard supports advanced, customizable features like hot-swappable switches and flexible, open-source firmware. “Hot-swappable functionality allows for fast and smooth changes of switches for unique personalization,” OnePlus wrote on its website.

“Open-source firmware like QMK and VIA allows for real-time control without reflashing firmware. From customizing RGB lighting effects to remapping keys, unlocking the keyboard’s full potential has never been easier,” it added.

The company earlier announced that the keyboard is developed in collaboration with Keychron. Further, according to the website, the official product launch is expected in February, and mass production will begin in the following months.
