This is the latest news ever since the the company released the much awaited Oneplus 12 series this year.
The watch is positioned as the successor to the original OnePlus Watch that made its debut in India back in April 2021 and a rival to Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 6 and the Pixel Watch. The Oneplus Watch 2 may reportedly debut at the WMC 2024 at Barcelona and promises significant upgrades since its predecessor. Leaked information has provided insights into its advanced features, design concepts, and potential launch window. Excitement mounts as the company has now offered an official sneak-peek for the upcoming wearable.
OnePlus teased an image showcasing the silhouette of the watch on the company’s X handle as well as the website accompanied by the interesting caption that read “It’s about time”. This hint strongly confirms the potential launch of the highly anticipated OnePlus Watch 2. In the image, we see the sleek circular design features similar to the Oneplus Watch, adorned with a pair of buttons on its right. While one button may presumably function as a primary control, the other resembles that of a tactile rotating crown.

OnePlus Watch 2’s Expected Specs
OnePlus Watch 2 reveals a circular design, with two sleek buttons situated on the right side of the casing. The all-metal watch will include the prominent features of a smartwatch, like the advanced heart rate monitoring, step tracking capabilities, and a diverse selection of customizable Oneplus watch faces.
In terms of performance the OnePlus Watch 2 is set to feature Google’s Wear OS 4, marking OnePlus’ inaugural debut into the WearOS platform that differs from its predecessor The watch may boasting vibrant 1.43-inch AMOLED display. Internally, it is rumored that the wearable will be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipset, for seamless performance and efficiency. OnePlus is set to launch the Watch 2 January 26th as mentioned on the company’s website.
