OnePlus 11 5G to launch in India on February 7

OnePlus's popular feature, the alert slider will be back with the OnePlus 11 5G.

OnePlus is set to launch its latest smartphone, the OnePlus 11 on February 7 at its Cloud 11 event in New Delhi.  The flagship phone was showcased in China during OnePlus’s ninth-anniversary celebration. The company will also be launching the Buds Pro 2 truly wireless earbud and other products.

The OnePlus 11 will be the successor of the OnePlus 10 Pro phone that was launched earlier in 2022. The company has released the official trailer which shows that OnePlus 115G will have a Hasselblad sensor for an enhanced colour grading technology. The trailer also shows the alert slider, one of the most popular features of OnePlus devices will also be back with OnePlus 11 5G.  The alert slider was removed from the OnePlus 10T. As per the poster, OnePlus 11 5G will be available in Black and Green color options.

Earlier, OnePlus has confirmed that its upcoming flagship will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset that was launched in November this year. The device is expected to have UFS 4.0 storage and up to 16GB of RAM. According to some leaks, OnePluss 11 is expected to run on OxygenOS 13 with Android 13 on top. Other than this, it is expected to sport a large AMOLED display with a Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Leaks suggest that the smartphone will sport a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary camera, a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 32MP telephoto lens.

Talking about the ear buds, OnePlus Buds Pro 2 is expected to have a similar design as its successor, with a rectangular case. The device is expected to offer dual audio drivers – 11mm and 6mm.
