Samsung has raised the bar in the laptop market with the launch of its latest Galaxy Book series, the Galaxy Book3. The new lineup boasts five different variants to choose from, ranging from the conventional options of the Galaxy Book3, Book3 Pro and Book3 Ultra, to the foldable options of the Book3 Pro 360 and Book3 360. Only ten months after the launch of the Book2 series at the Mobile World Congress, Samsung has already launched an update.
The Galaxy Book3 Ultra takes the crown as the highest end option, boasting a stunning 16-inch 1800p OLED display, powered by an Intel i9-13900H CPU and an Nvidia RTX 4070 discrete GPU. With 32GB of RAM and 1TB of fast storage, this laptop is the epitome of performance and luxury. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 is also available with a 16-inch 1800p OLED display and your choice of an Intel i5-1340P or i7-1360 CPU, integrated Intel graphics, 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage, all while supporting the use of a stylus. The non-360 Galaxy Book3 Pro offers a 14-inch screen, different from the 13-inch and 15-inch versions released last year.
The Galaxy Book3 and Galaxy Book3 360 are available in a single 15-inch size, equipped with 13th gen Intel processors. The Pro and Ultra laptops, on the other hand, are powered by the Intel Evo range of processors. Samsung has also introduced several software features with the Book3 laptops, such as using the keyboard and trackpad to control and provide inputs for a Galaxy tablet or smartphone, and using your Galaxy tablet as an extended second display for your Galaxy laptop. You can even seamlessly copy-paste and drag and drop media from one device to another, and automate the transfer of expert RAW high-res images taken on your S23 smartphone.
