Marvel announces a Fantastic 4 reboot; to release in 2025

Leading the charge as the indomitable Reed Richards, alias Mr. Fantastic, is none other than Pedro Pascal, acclaimed for his captivating performance in The Last of Us, which garnered Emmy recognition. Whispers of Pascal’s involvement had been circulating online for weeks, heightening the excitement surrounding the official announcement.

Joining Pascal in this epic adventure are Vanessa Kirby, renowned for her role in Mission: Impossible, stepping into the shoes of Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn, known popularly for his role in Stranger Things, as Johnny Storm/ The Fiery Human Torch, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, known for his gripping performance in The Bear, embodying the ruggedness of Ben Grimm/The Thing.

Marvel unveiled the news in 1960’s style, pairing it with a delightfully retro Valentine’s Day Instagram post that paid homage to the group. However things remain unclear if this retro vibe may be a hint at a potential setting for the film itself. The image offers a tantalizing glimpse into the illustrated world of Pascal, Kirby, Quinn, and Moss-Bachrach donning the team’s classic blue-and-white attire. Along with this there is also a picture frame Ben Grimm before his transformation into The Thing. The artwork offers fans their initial peek at H.E.R.B.I.E., the beloved robotic sidekick of the Fantastic Four from the Marvel comics.
