Nothing opens its first exclusive service center in Bengaluru
Nothing is aiming to establish a total of 35 new service centers by 2025.

London-based consumer electronics maker Nothing has inaugurated its first exclusive service center in the world in the southern Indian city of Bengaluru. The service center, located in Bengaluru’s Indiranagar, aims to offer dedicated tech support and assistance to Nothing’s growing customer base.

Manu Sharma, General Manager and Vice President of Nothing India, emphasized the importance of credibility for a young brand like Nothing. Sharma added that the launch of the exclusive service center in the Silicon Valley of India is a testament to the brand’s dedication to customer satisfaction.

By establishing a physical presence for customer support, the brand aims to address customer inquiries and technical issues more efficiently. According to a report by the Indian Express, the benefits of opting for the service center instead of authorized repair partners include “priority services” and repairing of the product in as little as two hours. The company will provide a standby device if the former is not possible.

Nothing further has plans to introduce several exclusive service centers, and they are poised to announce an additional four in the upcoming months, reportedly in cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai. Furthermore, the company is aiming to establish a total of 35 new centers within the next two years.

Nothing has been making waves in the consumer tech industry with its innovative products and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The opening of its first exclusive service center in Bengaluru is a step forward in solidifying its presence in the Indian market and building long-lasting relationships with its customers.

In June, the startup headed by former OnePlus Co-Founder Carl Pei raised $96 million in a fresh funding round led by European venture capital firm Highland Europe. The company has so far launched five products including three earbuds, namely Ear 1, Ear 2, and Ear Stick, and two smartphones Nothing Phone (1) and Phone (2).
